Green by Nature is looking for a motivated and reliable Brushcutting / Mowing Team Member to join our team maintaining roadside vegetation across the Ipswich region.

🚜 What You'll Be Doing

As part of our Roadside Maintenance team, you'll help keep Ipswich's roadsides safe, tidy, and well-maintained by:

🌿 Operating brush cutters and mowing equipment safely and efficiently.

🛣️ Maintaining roadside vegetation, grass, and open spaces to a high standard.

🛠️ Completing daily pre-start checks and basic equipment maintenance.

📋 Completing scheduled maintenance and service requests.

🦺 Following safe work practices and contributing to our strong safety culture.

🤝 Working collaboratively with your team while also being able to work independently.

✅ What We're Looking For

You'll be a great fit if you have:

✔️ Previous experience with brushcutting, roadside maintenance, or lawn maintenance.

✔️ Experience operating commercial brush cutters (highly regarded).

✔️ Current Manual Driver Licence.

✔️ Construction White Card.

✔️ A strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.

✔️ Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

✔️ The ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

✔️ The ability to work safely both independently and as part of a team.
