Bring your operational knowledge to a major business transformation project and help shape Green by Nature’s new Workforce Management (WFM) system.

Two positions available secondment (approx. 8 months)

You’ll work with Operations and the WFM Project Team to support:

• System design and operational processes
• Data preparation and validation
• User Acceptance Testing
• Pilot rollout and implementation readiness
• Skills Matrix and PeopleHub data activities

We’re looking for people who:

• Understand GbN’ s operational and administrative processes
• Are confident using Excel, systems, and operational data
• Build strong relationships across the business
• Are organised, adaptable and solutions-focused
• Want to contribute to meaningful business change
