About the Role

As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering efficient day-to-day administrative support to both management and staff. This role will be for 20 hours per week and can be worked over a 4- or 5-day period.

Key duties include:

  • Performing a variety of data entry tasks
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Placing and tracking orders
  • Assisting with stocktakes
  • Carrying out additional administrative tasks as required

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management software
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
