Green by Nature is looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to lead our Roadside Maintenance crew across council-managed roadsides throughout the Moreton Bay region.

🌱 What You'll Be Doing

As a Roadside Team Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring our crews deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality roadside maintenance services.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

👥 Leading, mentoring, and motivating your team to achieve outstanding results.

🚜 Operating zero-turn mowers, brush cutters, and other maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.

🌿 Maintaining roadsides and open spaces to the highest standards.

🛠️ Conducting daily equipment inspections and ensuring machinery is well maintained.

📋 Completing scheduled maintenance and service requests.

🦺 Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures.

🤝 Working closely with your team while leading from the front.

✅ What We're Looking For

You'll bring:

✔️ Experience in roadside zero-turn mowing and brush cutting.

✔️ Previous experience leading or supervising a team (highly regarded).

✔️ Current Manual Driver Licence.

✔️ Construction White Card.

✔️ ACDC Licence.

✔️ Traffic Management experience or certification is highly regarded.

✔️ Strong communication and leadership skills.

✔️ Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

✔️ A commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

✔️ The ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
