What you'll be doing

• Provide all grounds maintenance duties including mowing, pruning, hedge trimming, weeding, mulching, planting, and general garden care.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard
• Operate and maintain tools, machinery, and vehicles safely
• Report on progress, issues, and suggest improvements
• Pest and disease control
• Occasional work at other local sites as required

About You 

You will be a mature, reliable and seasoned horticulturalist with exacting standards when it comes to your work. You enjoy working independently and have a consultative approach with your clients to ensure you always exceed expectations.

What you’ll bring:

• Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens is essential
• 5+ years qualified experience in a similar role
• Ability to organise and prioritise your daily and seasonal tasks
• Sound practical experience with a variety of tools and equipment such as mowers, hedgers, whipper snippers, blowers, hand tools and petrol operated equipment
• Current driver's licence
• Willing to undertake a National Police Check
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
