About the role

We're seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Tradesperson to join our team. In this hands-on leadership role, you will be responsible for constructing and maintaining high-quality landscapes for a variety of client enhancement projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of design and functionality.

• Install hardscapes such as pathways, patios, and water features
• Build timber structures and features, such as pergolas, decking, and fences.
• Construct brick and block structures
• Build and install retaining walls to support landscape designs and prevent soil erosion
• Perform softscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers, and maintaining garden beds
• Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment

What you'll need

• Cert III in Landscape Construction or proven experience in landscape construction
• Proficient in the use of landscaping tools and machinery
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
• Works well in a collaborative team environment
• Punctual, dependable, and committed to excellence
• Valid driver’s license required
• White Card
• Working with Children Check
