Mowing Team Member

About you

You’re someone who takes real pride in your work. With a previous experience in a garden maintenance role, you’ve built a reputation for getting the job done to the highest possible standard.

• You've got at least 1 years' experience in mowing, landscaping, gardening or related field
• You have experience with both push and ride on mowers - the main part of the role will be ride on mower work
• You've got a keen eye for detail and a practical approach to problem solving
• You're a team player who pitches in when needed
• You're highly safety conscious and committed to keeping yourself, your team and the public safe.

This role is part of a team of five working onsite at the ANSTO site in Lucas Heights. It is a client requirement that all staff working on site must have a clear police check and a job offer will not be able to be made to the successful candidate until this requirement is met.

What you'll be doing

• Using both push and ride on mowers at client sites
• Ensure lawns and green spaces are mowed to a high standard
• Routinely inspect and maintain mowing equipment
• Assisting with other groundskeeping tasks when needed
• Identifying and reporting areas for improvement or issues
