We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Mascot, focused on delivering high-quality hires and building strong partnerships with our operational leaders.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on stakeholder engagement, takes ownership of outcomes, and brings a structured, proactive approach to recruitment.

About the role

You will manage end-to-end recruitment across high-volume, operational roles, partnering closely with Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs and deliver consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes.

Key focus areas

  • Quality of hire – ensuring strong alignment to role requirements and culture
  • Stakeholder engagement – building trusted relationships with Operations and leaders
  • Recruitment delivery – managing sourcing, screening, and selection end-to-end
  • Candidate experience – delivering a seamless and professional process
