What's involved 

The Lead Horticulturalist will work alongside the horticulture team and bring your impressive expertise to ensure works are completed to the highest possible standards.

• Work hands-on with horticulture teams at various sites  
• Provide mentorship and horticulture advice to team members
• Operate and support the maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment 
• Report on progress, issues, and requirements
• Pest and disease identification and treatment 
• Foster a culture of safety 

What you’ll bring: 

You will be a seasoned and passionate horticulturalist with a wealth of knowledge and experience. You enjoy being hands on with your team, passing on your knowledge and take immense pride in your work.

• Minimum Cert III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens is essential
• Proven ability to effectively prioritise work and mentor others
• Sound practical experience with a variety of tools and techniques  
• Current driver's licence
• WWVP; Police Check & White Card 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
