About the Role

Green by Nature creates and maintains some of Australia and New Zealand’s most loved parks, gardens, and sports fields. We are looking for a Sports Turf Management Apprentice to join our team and complete a Certificate III in Sports Turf Management while gaining hands-on experience.

This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career working on high-quality sports grounds and community spaces.

 What you'll do

• Assist with mowing, irrigation, fertilising, and turf care
• Support sports field preparation including line marking and event setup
• Learn to operate turf machinery and equipment
• Assist with seasonal turf renovations and maintenance
• Follow safety procedures and participate in team toolbox talks

 What we're looking for

• Willingness to complete Certificate III in Sports Turf Management
• Completed Year 10 (or equivalent)
• Interest in outdoor work and sports turf
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
