Bobcat Operator

About the role

We are seeking a dependable Bobcat Operator to join our team, undertaking landscape and vegetation management works across a variety of sites.

This is a hands-on role involving a wide range of outdoor machinery work, including slashing, mulching, and general Bobcat operations across commercial, industrial, and residential sites. You will be working across different environments and job types, where quality, efficiency, and attention to detail are essential.

The role suits someone who is confident in operating machinery in varied ground conditions, can work independently while also being a strong team player, and takes initiative when on site. You will be representing the company on site, so a strong work ethic, reliability, and safety-first mindset are essential.

Previous Bobcat experience is highly regarded; however, we are also open to the right candidate who may be newer to the industry but has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Full training and support will be provided to help develop the skills required to confidently perform the role.

In addition to Bobcat operation, you may also be required to assist with zero-turn mowing, brush cutting, and general site maintenance tasks as needed. You will also be responsible for transporting machinery between sites using an HR truck.

About You

• Previous experience operating commercial mowing equipment is preferred
• Valid HR Drivers Licence
• White Card
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun
• Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
