About the Role
As the Operations Assistant, you will provide key administrative support to Grounds Operations and assist in the effective running of the department. This position will be accountable for assisting the operations team in all aspects of operational support, systems and process training, and financial data. This role will be based in Ormeau in the Gold Coast.
Key duties include:
- Performing a variety of data entry tasks
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Placing and tracking orders
- Assisting with stocktakes
- Carrying out additional administrative tasks as required
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role
- Experience with SAP and within a similar industry is highly regarded
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management software
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
