We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Professional to join our high-performing team, working closely with our Business Development Manager (BDM) and Operations teams to drive growth and strengthen client partnerships.

What you’ll do

  • Support sales growth – contribute to achieving annual revenue targets and building a healthy pipeline of major new opportunities.
  • Build relationships – manage accurate CRM (HubSpot) data, assist with client engagement, and support external stakeholder connections.
  • Enable strategy – contribute to strategic planning, market research, and insights to inform business growth.
  • Boost capability – help develop high-quality sales materials, proposals, and tools that lift our sales and marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate widely – work closely across Operations, Marketing, and BD teams to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
  • Track performance – maintain accurate reporting on funnel and pipeline activity to monitor progress and performance.

What you’ll bring

  • A proactive, positive, and collaborative mindset.
  • Willingness to grow and learn.
  • 2+ years in business development, Operations or Marketing,
  • Experience working within a high-performance team.
  • Hands-on CRM skills (HubSpot preferred).
  • Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinking with developing sales acumen.
  • Proficiency in MS 365 (Teams, SharePoint).
