This role is primarily office -based, with the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week. Travel to different GBN offices will be required, as will attending client meetings and industry events.

What you’ll do
- Support sales growth – contribute to achieving annual revenue targets and building a healthy pipeline of major new opportunities.
- Build relationships – manage accurate CRM (HubSpot) data, assist with client engagement, and support external stakeholder connections.
- Enable strategy – contribute to strategic planning, market research, and insights to inform business growth.
- Boost capability – help develop high-quality sales materials, proposals, and tools that lift our sales and marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate widely – work closely across Operations, Marketing, and BD teams to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
- Track performance – maintain accurate reporting on funnel and pipeline activity to monitor progress and performance.
What you’ll bring
- A proactive, positive, and collaborative mindset.
- Willingness to grow and learn.
- 2+ years in business development, Operations or Marketing,
- Experience working within a high-performance team.
- Hands-on CRM skills (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinking with developing sales acumen.
- Proficiency in MS 365 (Teams, SharePoint).
