Garden & Building Maintenance Team Member

About The Role

We’re seeking a Garden & Building Maintenance Team Member to support our landscaping and horticulture operations. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, has an eye for detail, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Refer to the work requests register on a daily basis and ensure scheduled and requested tasks are completed efficiently
• Maintenance of gardens – weed, trim tree branches, spreading mulch and soft fall as directed by the site manager
• Setting up for college events (exams, exhibitions etc)
• Identify and act on any maintenance or grounds issues
• Ensure maintenance compound is kept in a tidy condition
• Planting of trees and shrubs as directed
• Mowing, blowing and line trimming
• Perform various labouring tasks on and occasionally off campus

What You’ll Need

• Experience in gardening, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance (preferred)
• Physically fit – able to lift, bend, kneel, and work in all weather
• Experience using power tools (preferred)
• Reliable, motivated, and team-focused
• Able to follow instructions and complete tasks to a high standard
