☀️ Join Green by Nature on the Sunshine Coast!

Looking for a career where you can work outdoors, be part of a great team, and help maintain some of the Sunshine Coast's most well-presented residential communities?

Green by Nature is looking for motivated team members to join our Sunshine Coast maintenance crews, working across a portfolio of premium sites between Caloundra and Caboolture. You'll work on a rolling rotation across 3–4 sites, delivering high-quality garden and turf maintenance in a supportive team environment.

Whether you're an experienced gardener or mower operator, or looking to further your career in horticulture, we'd love to hear from you.

🌱 What You'll Be Doing

• General garden maintenance including hedging, pruning, weeding and weed control.
• Mowing using catcher mowers, Walker mowers and other commercial ride-on equipment.
• Brush cutting, edging and blowing to maintain immaculate presentation.
• Maintaining gardens and turf to a consistently high standard.
• Working across multiple premium sites on a rotating roster.
• Operating equipment safely while contributing to a positive team culture.

👤 What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in gardening, grounds maintenance or commercial mowing is preferred.
• Experience operating commercial ride-on mowers, particularly Walker and catcher mowers, will be highly regarded.
• Experience with hedging, pruning and weed control.
• A strong work ethic and pride in producing high-quality work.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Current driver's licence (essential).
• White Card (desired).
• Willingness to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check where required.
