We’re looking for a hands-on Team Leader to guide a crew of passionate gardeners across multiple sites in Sydney. If you’ve got a solid horticulture background, love getting stuck into the work, and know how to keep a team on track, this could be your next step.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and working alongside a team on regular garden maintenance tasks – hedging, planting, pruning, weeding, fertilising, and more
- Keeping things running smoothly by managing daily schedules and team workflow
- Mentoring your crew, building their skills, and making sure everyone works safely
- Checking sites and spotting what needs doing (before anyone else does!)
- Sending through site Reports and updates to clients and working with the Contract Manager to express ideas on potential upgrades

What You’ll Need
- Cert III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens OR minimum 5 years of hands-on Industry experience
- White Card
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to get one)
- Full driver’s licence
- Experience using ride-on mowers and trailers
- A sharp eye for detail and great communication skills
- You enjoy working outdoors and creating great green spaces
