About the Role

Based across the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney – this leadership role is an opportunity to guide the delivery of high-quality landscape and turf services across the region.

This is more than a management position.

It’s a role where leadership meets legacy.

You’ll play a key part in shaping green spaces visited by thousands each week, leading a skilled team and working closely with clients and partners who trust us to care for these landscapes year-round.

Your focus will include:

• Inspiring, developing, and supporting your team to deliver exceptional results
• Building trusted relationships with clients, councils, and key stakeholders
• Ensuring every site is safe, vibrant, and maintained to the highest standard
• Managing budgets and resources with a strategic, solutions-focused approach
• Driving continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainability across the portfolio

You’ll have autonomy and accountability — backed by a strong network that collaborates, supports, and shares knowledge.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who knows our work, our culture, and our standards — and wants to step further into leadership.

• Proven experience in turf, landscape, or grounds operations (multi-site experience ideal)
• Strong people leadership and relationship-building skills
• Confidence balancing hands-on knowledge with strategic thinking
• A passion for community spaces, sustainability, and delivering high-quality outcomes
• A qualification in Sports Turf Management or Horticulture
