About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team to maintain and enhance natural areas within Ipswich

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.

• Strong knowledge of Native Plant and Weed identification
• Ability to manage a team
• Operate various gardening equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment
• Ensure natural areas are maintained to a high standard
• Complete service requests as required
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in Bush Regeneration
• Strong knowledge of Plant and Weed identification
• Valid Manual Drivers Licence
• White Card
• ACDC highly regarded
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually
• Be punctual and reliable
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ranging from hot summer days to cooler winter months
• Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
