Workshop Administrator – Full-Time | Ormeau
Join Green by Nature and keep our workshop running like clockwork! We’re after an organised, proactive admin superstar who thrives in a hands-on environment.
Your Role:
- Schedule and track vehicle/equipment servicing and registrations
- Manage purchase orders, deliveries, and asset registers
- Support budgets, reporting, and general admin tasks
- Prepare weekly consumables and assist with stocktakes
- Collect parts, consumables, and equipment as needed
About You:
- Previous experience in admin, operations, or workshop support
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organised, adaptable, and works well solo or in a team
- Current driver’s licence
- Excellent customer service and confidentiality skills
