Garden Maintenance Team Member

About the role

We’re seeking Garden Maintenance Team Members to support our landscaping and horticulture operations. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, has an eye for detail, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities include

• Planting, weeding, pruning, and watering
• Lawn mowing, edging, and turf care
• Soil and mulch preparation
• Operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment
• Following safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
• Supporting your Team Leader and working effectively with your crew

What You’ll Need

• Experience in gardening, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance (preferred)
• Physically fit – able to lift, bend, kneel, and work in all weather
• Reliable, motivated, and team-focused
• Able to follow instructions and complete tasks to a high standard
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• White Card
