This full-time position is a mobile gardening role, working across multiple sites to maintain high-quality sites across Melbourne. You’ll enjoy variety in your day, travelling between locations and working as part of a supportive team to deliver excellent outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities
- Carry out general gardening and parks maintenance including mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, mulching, and fertilising
- Maintain lawns, gardens, hedges, and landscape areas to a high presentation standard
- Work across multiple sites, ensuring all areas are well-maintained and visually appealing
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment and machinery safely and effectively
- Assist with planting, turf care, and general landscape improvement tasks
- Identify and report plant pests, diseases, and maintenance issues
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently

About You
- This is a great opportunity if you’re looking for a hands-on gardening role with variety across different sites
- Experience in gardening or parks maintenance is preferred but not essential
- You are comfortable working outdoors and undertaking physical work
- You hold a driver’s licence (required for travel between sites)
- You hold (or are willing to obtain) a White Card and Working With Children Check
- You are reliable, motivated, and able to work well within a team
