· Confidence operating sports turf machinery and equipment

· Good planning and organisational skills

· A proactive approach to turf health and presentation

· A strong commitment to safe work practices

· Good communication and stakeholder management skills

You’ll be someone who takes pride in producing great playing surfaces, enjoys working outdoors and can balance the technical side of turf management with leading a small team.

· Work at our Macquarie University site

· A role combining specialist turf expertise with team leadership

· Help develop an apprentice or emerging turf professional

· Opportunity to continue building your career in sports turf management
