This role plays a key part in supporting our next generation of green professionals, ensuring every apprentice feels welcomed, supported, and set up for long-term success.

The Apprentice Program Coordinator is the face of the program for all Green by Nature apprentices from commencement through to qualification. In this role you will create an engaging apprentice experience, work closely with leaders and external stakeholders, and champion initiatives that foster belonging, motivation, and progression.

This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys working with people, values meaningful development, and enjoys building relationships across all levels of an organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as the go-to contact for all apprentices across the business, as well as parents of apprentices under-18-years old
  • Deliver an engaging and structured onboarding experience for new apprentices across all of Australia (domestic travel will be required in this role)
  • Lead engagement initiatives including Apprentice Days, program updates and communication campaigns
  • Coordinate recognition initiatives, awards and milestone acknowledgements
  • Maintain visibility of completion timelines and support apprentices with their career development within Green by Nature post-apprenticeship

What You’ll Bring

  • Qualifications in HR, Education, Training or related fields (preferred).
  • 2+ years’ experience in coordination, program delivery, or apprenticeship programs.
  • Experience liaising with multiple stakeholder groups, both internal and external.
  • Strong Microsoft Office capability.
