Garden Maintenance Team Member

This is a mobile garden maintenance run with a daily pick up from Penrith, meaning you start and finish with your crew, using company vehicles and equipment. You’ll look after a set of local sites, build familiarity with your run, and take real ownership of how those spaces look.

At Green by Nature, you’re not bounced around randomly. You’re trusted with your sites, supported by your team, and given the tools to do the job properly.

What you’ll be doing

This is a hands-on role where you’ll see the impact of your work every day. Your tasks will include:

Maintaining lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas across assigned sites

• Mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, and general garden maintenance

• Using company vehicles, tools, and machinery safely and correctly

• Taking ownership of your run and the quality of your finish

• Working closely with your crew to keep sites safe, tidy, and on schedule

• Spotting issues early and taking pride in consistently high standards

You’ll enjoy variety across sites while still having structure and routine.

What you bring

To be successful, you’ll need:

• A current driver’s licence

• A willingness to work outdoors in all seasons

• A positive, can-do approach and pride in your work

• Basic fitness for hands-on work

Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance is great but not essential. We welcome applications from women, mature-age workers, career changers, and anyone looking for steady, meaningful outdoor work.
