Green by Nature is seeking a motivated Garden & Green Space Maintenance Team Member to join our teams working across multiple contracts throughout South East Queensland (SEQ).

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work, being outdoors, and taking pride in maintaining high-quality green spaces across different sites.

🌼 About the Role

You’ll be part of a mobile maintenance team working across a range of locations, with different sites and jobs most days. Travel between sites is required as part of the role.

You’ll help maintain and enhance public and commercial green spaces, ensuring all sites are safe, tidy, and presented to a high standard.

🌿 What You’ll Be Doing

🚜 Operating push and ride-on mowers safely and efficiently

🌿 Brush cutting, hedging, edging, and general garden maintenance

🌱 Planting, turf laying, mulching, and irrigation support tasks

🛠️ Performing routine equipment checks and safe operation of tools

📋 Completing scheduled maintenance tasks across multiple sites

🦺 Following all safety procedures, especially when working around changing environments

🚗 Travelling between different job sites across SEQ

🤝 Working independently or as part of a team depending on the location

✅ What We’re Looking For

✔️ Experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance

✔️ Confidence using mowers, brush cutters, hedgers, and related equipment

✔️ Experience with planting, turf, mulching, or irrigation (highly regarded)

✔️ Current Manual Driver Licence

✔️ Construction White Card

⭐ Highly Regarded Tickets (Not Essential)

• EWP (Elevated Work Platform)
• Working With Children Check

✔️ Comfortable working across different sites and changing environments

✔️ Willingness to travel between locations as part of daily work

✔️ Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

✔️ Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

✔️ Good communication and ability to work independently or in a team
