This full-time hands-on leadership position will see you working within our City of Sydney team. Lead your team of garden maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and exceed our clients’ expectations.

About the Role
In this hands-on role you will lead from the front. Combine your passion and skill for creating stunning outdoor spaces with your talent for leadership and developing the skills of your team members.
- Lead and develop a dedicated team
- Schedule, prioritise and delegate tasks
- Conduct inspections, identify and implement improvements
- Liaise with the client
- Ensure equipment is well-maintained
About You
You will be a hands-on leader with a strong eye for detail and take immense pride in your work. You inspire your team members with your commitment to quality and safety.
- Qualified Horticulturalist or have 5+ years' experience in creating exceptional gardens
- Have led, mentored and coached team members to enhance their skills
- Experience with a wide range of garden maintenance tools and techniques
- Strong commitment to safety
- Drivers' license
