Now, we’re looking for a Financial Accountant to help support our mission by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations.

About the Role

As our new Financial Accountant, you’ll be responsible for managing core accounting and compliance activities, preparing financial reports, and supporting the month-end and year-end close processes. You’ll also play a key role in strengthening internal controls and contributing to continuous improvement within the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial statements
• Support month-end and year-end close activities including journal entries and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax obligations, and audit requirements
• Collaborate with auditors and provide required documentation
• Contribute to financial reporting and data analysis for management
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field
• CPA qualification (or working towards) highly regarded
• 3–5 years of experience in financial accounting
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting standards
• Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills
• A keen eye for detail, excellent time management, and strong communication skills
