What's involved 

• Lead team members and apprentices in mowing and edging operations (4000D, Zero Turn, Push Mowers, Atom Edgers)
• Work hands-on alongside your team  
• Ensure work is completed to a high standard  
• Operate and support the maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment 
• Report progress, issues, and requirements to your manager 
• Pest and disease identification and treatment 
• Foster a culture of safety 

What you’ll bring: 

You will be an enthusiastic and reliable gardening professional with high attention to detail.  You enjoy being hands-on with your team and passing on your knowledge and experience to others. 

• Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens, or solid industry experience 
• Proven ability to effectively prioritise work and develop junior team members 
• Sound practical experience with a variety of tools and equipment such as zero turn, 4000D, Atom edgers, whipper snippers, blowers,etc
• Reliable, punctual and able to motivate a team
• Current driver's licence
• WWVP
• Police Check
• White Card
