Are you a relationship-driven professional with a passion for landscape maintenance and service delivery? We're seeking a Client Account Manager to join our high-performing operations team and play a key role in maintaining and growing strong client relationships across our portfolio.

About the Role

As a Client Account Manager, you’ll work closely with our State Manager and operations teams to deliver exceptional service to commercial and domestic clients. You’ll be the face of our business—ensuring every site meets our high standards and every client is kept informed, satisfied, and engaged.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients
  • Coordinate timely delivery of landscape maintenance services
  • Conduct regular site visits and client walk-throughs
  • Prepare and submit enhancement proposals and quotations
  • Monitor job site quality and resolve service issues proactively
  • Support operational teams in achieving performance and budget targets
  • Ensure compliance with WHS and environmental standards
  • Promote sustainability and corporate responsibility

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Background in landscaping, horticulture, greenkeeping or similar
  • Strong client service and communication skills
  • Ability to lead, coach and collaborate with operational teams
  • Experience in quoting, scheduling, and quality control
  • Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
  • Solid MS Office skills
  • Current driver’s licence

Qualifications in horticulture or similar are highly desirable.
