At Green by Nature, we’re looking for a Mowing Team Leaders to help care for some our clients wide open green spaces. This is a role where your work is visible, your leadership matters, and your day finishes earlier than most.

The Role

As a Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for maintaining commercial landscapes for our key client. With wide open spaces to maintain, it's focussed on mowing with some hands-on horticulture work making sure sites are safe, well presented, and maintained to a high standard.

Your days will be active, varied, and outdoors, with early starts that give you back your afternoons.

What your day might include:

  • Planning daily tasks and setting the pace for the crew
  • Hands-on work including mowing and general horticulture duties
  • Ensuring safe work practices and quality standards on every site
  • Supporting and mentoring team members as they grow their skills
  • Communicating with supervisors and clients to keep sites running smoothly

What You Bring:

We’re more interested in your experience and attitude than ticking every box.

You’ll likely have:

  • A qualification in Parks & Gardens or Horticulture, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in landscape or park maintenance
  • A current driver’s licence
  • Confidence leading or supporting a small team
  • Pride in producing quality outdoor spaces
