About the role

This hands-on role is ideal for an experienced gardener or landscaper who’s passionate about their craft and enjoys the variety of being somewhere different every day! This role requires access to sensitive sites and requires successful completion full background, criminal history and probity checks prior to commencement.

• Use of a variety of equipment to maintain gardens and open spaces
• Planting, weeding, pruning, and watering
• Mowing and whipper snipping lawns, trimming edges, and caring for turf areas
• Preparing soil, mulching and planting beds
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment

What you'll bring

• Trade certificate in horticulture or related field, or 3+ years recent industry experience
• Experience with leading and developing junior or unqualified team members
• Proficient in the use and maintenance of tools and equipment
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
• Punctual, dependable, and committed to excellence
• Driver’s license is essential
• Ability and willingness to successfully complete full background checks prior to commencement
