Garden Maintenance Team Leader

In this full-time hands-on leadership position you will work within our team caring for client sites across Sydney's North from Ryde to the beaches.

What's involved

• Lead a mobile crew caring for prestigious clients from Ryde to the Northern Beaches
• Grounds maintenance including mowing, pruning, hedge trimming, weeding, mulching, planting, and general garden care
• Pest and disease control
• Ensure all work is completed to a premium standard
• Operate and maintain tools, machinery, and vehicles safely
• Report on progress, issues, and suggest improvements
• Foster a culture of safety

About You

• You are trade qualified in horticulture or have solid experience in the industry
• You have excellent working knowledge of all of the techniques, tools and equipment used in the field
• You pride yourself on your well-honed communication skills.
• Most importantly you have proven ability to effectively prioritise workflows, impart knowledge to others and be a mature and reliable leader of others
