About the Role:

• You will play an essential part in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our venue, helping to ensure a great first impression for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing general cleaning and maintenance of public areas and grounds
• Keeping all housekeeping trolleys, tools, and equipment clean, tidy, and securely stored
• Perform general handyperson and trades tasks within the venue
• Basic building maintenance and repairs (painting, fixing fixtures, etc.)
• Responding promptly and professionally to any guest requests or needs
• Complying with all Workplace Health and Safety guidelines, as well as Standard Operating and Safe Work Procedures
• Supporting the wider team with occasional ad-hoc duties to ensure the smooth running of daily operations

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance, landscaping, or handyman experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and follow directions
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
