The Grand & Royal Hotel is seeking Bar Attendants and Bar Supervisors to join the team.
As a Bar Attendant, you will provide excellent customer service by mixing and serving drinks, maintaining a clean and organised bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
As a Bar Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction. Key duties include supervising bartenders, handling customer inquiries, training new employees, and coordinating with management to improve bar performance.

Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Providing food and beverage service to customers including order taking, preparing a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Cleaning and maintaining bar service areas, cleaning glasses and equipment.
- Processing sales transactions and operating cash registers.
- Stock rotation including changing of kegs, replenishing par stock
- Supervising and training bar attendants of a lower grade.
Successful Candidate:
To be successful in the role, you will possess the following:
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues effectively.
- A desire to grow your skills and progress your leadership experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including on weekends
- Hold a relevant OLGR/tertiary qualifications for the role or willing to obtain
Applicant must have at least 1-Year of relevant employment experience.

- Full-time salary between $65,000 - $85,000 + Superannuation depending on experience
