Gaming Supervisor - Night Shift

Ready to take your career to the next level? The Grand & Royal Hotel is seeking a dynamic and experienced Gaming Supervisor to join our thriving, multi-outlet venue. This role involves working night shifts in the gaming room, delivering high-quality service and overseeing gaming operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional bar and gaming service to patrons.
• Work night shifts in the gaming room, supervising operations to ensure a smooth and efficient gaming floor.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a memorable time in our gaming area.
• Handle cash, EFTPOS, and gaming transactions accurately.
• Ensure all gaming activities meet legal and regulatory standards, maintaining a safe, fair, and secure environment for both staff and guests.

What We’re Looking For:

• A proven leader with experience in gaming or hospitality management.
• Current QLD RSA, RSG, RMLV & Approved Manager (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle challenges with professionalism.
• A solid understanding of gaming regulations and financial management in a licensed venue.
