7699-1 Principle Consultant – Windows, o365 & Azure

Responsibilities:

  • Experience as an administrator that has designed, implemented and supported Windows environments in both bare metal and highly virtualized environments.
  • Experience as a strong Windows, o365 & Azure administrator
  • Experience as a Strong o365 systems administrator to implement and support the systems in the environment (Expertise on administration of Sharepoint, Teams, Box etc…)
  • Strong hands on experience on data migration between Box to Onedrive, Sharepoint etc.
  • Hands on experience on user migration across o365 Tenants
  • Hands on Experience on AD configurations and migrations
  • Hands on experience on Automation through PowerShell scripting
  • Experience on file server management and migrations
  • Work with 24x7 Global team to support production and nonproduction infrastructure.
  • Basic understanding of Understand the infrastructure at the network, load balancers (F5 Big IP), security, and storage layers.
  • Support deployment, change management, and perform root cause analysis for service interruption issues.
  • Document technical requirements and processes.
  • Ability to work well with the team and on various projects.
  • Designing solutions for migrations and IT consolidations
  • Past work in an environment whose infrastructure supports both business users as well as software developers
  • Skill in performing routine operations tasks and their automation. Routine tasks include system monitoring, reviewing system and application logs, and production support
  • Experience with system monitoring tools
  • Excellent communication skills, be able to interpret and discuss information with both tech and non-tech decision makers
  • Strong problem-solving skills
