Experience in working with Voice Solutions, specific to Genesys Cloud
Any prior experience with Customer Care Voice Technology Operations
Network or any Industry Voice Certifications are a Plus
Handle SNOW requests and Incidents during support coverage hours
Identify opportunities for process improvements
Execute support tickets as directed by CAI FTE’s and Managers
Follow Standard operating procedures and ensure the SNOW tickets are timely updated and closed
2-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks related to handling incidents and requests.
Works under general supervision.
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
