Key Responsibilities:
• For larger projects, hold project team cutover leaders accountable to documenting and maintaining their own cutover plan tasks
• For smaller projects, assist project team cutover leaders with documenting and maintaining relevant cutover plan tasks
• Coordinate input from stakeholders to complete cutover specific deliverables and work products
• Refine and validate cutover approach and outline related work products and work plan activities
• Support the development of the blackout calendar and cutover plan
• Plan and manage dress rehearsals and production cutover
• Lead controlled ramp-up planning and gather go/no-go criteria
• Develop a risk management plan and ensure appropriate mitigation planning
• Provide process/procedure overviews for team members that will assist in managing cutover (i.e. lead command center shifts, implement cutover plan)
• Partner with change management resources to synchronize site readiness, communication, and learning activities with cutover activities
• Identify and escalate project risks and issues to the PMO team
• Ensure appropriate monitoring is in place and change control is followed
• Orient project teams and stakeholders to ensure a common understanding of plans and activities
• Establish guidelines for each project team to follow to ensure project-level cutover plans are developed and maintained in a way to seamlessly integrate together into a master cutover plan. Including guidelines on how to manage changes to project cutover plans so the master
cutover plan impact is clearly understood for each change.
