About Us

Kinyara Health is a fast-growing boutique homecare group, operating five community-established home support businesses across Australia – each one inspired by the hearts and personal stories of their founders.

Homewell is a trusted boutique community care provider within the Kinyara Health family, proudly serving Melbourne’s North and Northwest for over 30 years. Known for our strong community ties, we deliver care that’s genuinely person-centred.

At Homewell, you’re not just part of a team - you’re part of a values-driven community that recognises your contributions and supports your growth. Backed by the support of Kinyara Health, we’re on an ambitious growth journey, driven by a clear mission to deliver high-quality in-home care and expand our impact in the community.

About The Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape service delivery at Homewell, where care is personal and relationships truly matter. You’ll oversee a dedicate team providing in-home support to NDIS and ageing clients across Melbourne’s North and Northwest.

You’ll also play a key role in Homewell’s future - helping us grow while staying true to our local roots and community-centred approach.

As the senior operational leader, you’ll build on a strong foundation to accelerate growth, performance, and innovation across all aspects of client care. You’ll empower our teams, contribute to commercial strategy, and position Homewell as both the provider and employer of choice in our sector.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver consistently exceptional client experiences and outcomes
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to enhance service delivery, client satisfaction, and employee engagement
  • Driving growth in service hours, client retention, and team capacity
  • Overseeing intake, onboarding, client feedback and incident resolution processes
  • Managing commercial performance and operational excellence, including compliance, WHS, and quality standards
  • Engaging with external stakeholders to strengthen our connection with the community
  • Championing a culture of learning, safety, accountability, and joy
  • Identifying and executing initiatives to expand our clinical and complex service offerings

About You

You’re a purpose-driven leader who thrives on building and empowering teams to do their best work. You bring a balance of heart and performance, and you're motivated by seeing others succeed.

You’ll also bring:

  • Experience in community-based care services (NDIS or Aged Care), or health and human services
  • A proven track record of driving operational performance and team development
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience leading remote or distributed teams
  • An authentic, empowering leadership style that inspires trust, collaboration, and results
  • The ability to manage complexity with clarity, flexibility, and a solutions mindset

About The Good Stuff

  • Hybrid working – flexible arrangements to suit your lifestyle
  • Insight and influence in the high-impact, high-growth homecare sector
  • A supportive work environment that encourages learning and development
  • Flat structure with direct access to senior leadership, including our CEO
  • A chance to be part of pioneering Homewell’ s success story
  • As we grow, you grow. We offer and support professional development and across our group of businesses there are many opportunities to contribute further.
