About The Role

The Home Care Phone Sales Consultant, part of our high energy and fast-paced Growth team, focuses on making outbound calls to connect with clients. You will build trust, helping elderly clients navigate their home care options and supporting their journey to finding care.

You'll identify opportunities and convert leads into tangible outcomes, all while being part of a purpose-driven, reform-ready organisation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Making outbound calls to warm leads and book clients into services
  • Building rapport with clients and guiding them through their home care journey
  • Meeting sales targets and driving outcomes from leads
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth client transitions
  • Representing our mission and values in every call

About You

You’re a great communicator who thrives on connecting with people. You’re confident on the phone, can build rapport quickly, and have a outcome-focused mindset. You’re passionate about making a difference and are ready to grow with us.

Above all else, you have a genuine desire to help others. You will also have:

  • Knowledge of Aged Care and Disability sectors (desirable)
  • Strong phone manner with the ability to engage and build trust
  • Sales-driven, able to convert leads into real outcomes
  • Experience in outbound sales or customer service
  • Passionate about making a positive impact in the community
  • No formal qualifications needed—just a great attitude and willingness to learn!
