About the Role

General Homecare (GHC) is a leading Australian home-based care group. We seek to provide care to members of our community with the compassion, commitment and respect they deserve. This newly created role has been borne out of the increasing demand for our services and our efforts to meet that demand.

As a TA Advisor, days will be diverse, filled with various responsibilities which support the delivery of our recruitment services to the five businesses under the GHC umbrella. This can range from attracting to assessing candidates and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders throughout the process.

This position can be based at any of our Greater Melbourne offices and may be offered as a 3 day/week, hybrid arrangement.

You are a passionate and self-driven achiever and have a growth mindset. You have a genuine desire to provide the best quality service to all stakeholders and are comfortable dealing with a range of priorities. Your information technology skills are evolving, and you are comfortable adapting to new systems and processes. Above all, you enjoy being challenged and enjoy being part of a positive working culture.

You may be an experienced recruiter or a star in the making who is passionate about the industry and putting the right person in the right role. You take pride in your ability to build and maintain strong relationships and, are customer-focused.
