Job no: PMQR3

About The Opportunity:

This newly created role has been borne out of growth at General Homecare. The Intake and Relationship Specialist will be the first point of contact for all prospective clients and their families and, at this important touchpoint, have the opportunity to provide information, advice and guidance for people navigating their aged care or NDIS journey. You will work closely with people to understand their unique circumstances and tailor your advice accordingly so that you become a trusted guide for them in what is a complex and often overwhelming journey through the sector.

Flexible work arrangements are available though the successful candidate is encouraged to work onsite where possible to facilitate collaboration.

About You:

You are a supportive, organised individual with the ability to clearly communicate complex information to different audiences. You have a genuine desire to provide the best quality service to all stakeholders and are comfortable dealing with a range of priorities.   You’re a natural problem-solver and can apply that skillset to identify tailored solutions for an individual’s circumstances. Your information technology skills are evolving, and you are comfortable adapting to new systems and processes.  You’re also equally comfortable with working on your own or collaborating with a team.

Practically speaking, you have prior experience in a similar role and ideally, knowledge and understanding of the aged care and/or disability support sector. You have demonstrated experience in providing service delivery to clients, customers and other relevant stakeholders. Above all, you enjoy being challenged and enjoy being part of a collaborative working culture.
