About Us
Kinyara Health is a fast-growing boutique homecare group, operating six community-established home support businesses across Australia – each one inspired by the hearts and personal stories of their founders.
We’re on an ambitious growth journey, driven by a clear mission to deliver high-quality in-home care, expanding our impact in the community.
About The Role
We’re looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to lead the design and delivery of practical, engaging training for our mobile and growing workforce - with a focus on onboarding, compliance, and frontline capability.
This hands-on, standalone role involves managing everything from needs analysis and program delivery to systems, reporting, and vendor coordination. You’ll collaborate closely with leaders, SMEs, and external providers to embed learning that’s relevant, scalable and aligned with our operational goals.
If you’re a confident learning professional who can bring structure to an evolving L&D function while staying flexible and people-focused, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing and facilitating a range of learning experiences, including workshops, e-learning, and blended programs
- Managing the annual training calendar and coordinating logistics with internal teams and external partners
- Administering and optimising our LMS (Go1), ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of participation and outcomes
- Conducting training needs assessments and recommending solutions to address skills gaps and operational challenges
- Building a learning culture by championing development opportunities and supporting initiatives that promote engagement, growth, and inclusion
About You
You’re an experienced learning professional who brings organisation and flexibility to a fast-changing environment. You design and deliver training that engages diverse, often remote teams, and collaborate well with leaders and external partners to achieve results.
You will also have:
- Proven experience designing and delivering engaging learning programs
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise, Canva)
- Confidence managing LMS platforms (ideally Go1) and tracking learning outcomes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset, always looking for ways to improve learning experiences
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in aged care or healthcare is a bonus, but what matters most is your passion for creating meaningful, accessible learning that helps people grow and succeed.
About The Good Stuff

- Interstate travel opportunities to work in our NSW offices
- Gain insight into the hugely important homecare sector
- A supportive work environment that encourages learning and development
- Flat organisational structure with opportunities for support directly from our CEO
- The chance to be part at the forefront of pioneering Kinyara Health’s success
