Your Next Role

The Workforce and Engagement Manager plays a critical leadership role in driving workforce engagement, communication, and retention across our Victorian-based brands, Sai Home and Community Care, AgeUp and Homewell.

You'll be responsible for implementing strategies that foster a skilled, motivated, and high-performing workforce, contributing directly to operational success and a positive organisational culture.

Reporting the General Manager and working closely with Workforce Service Delivery Leaders, you'll ensure alignment between business goals and workforce initiatives, supporting a sustainable and people-focused operation.

Ideally, you'll be based at our Carrum Downs office with some travel to our offices in Tullamarine.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and lead engagement strategies to promote employee motivation, performance, and retention.
  • Track, analyse, and report on key workforce metrics including engagement, utilisation, wellbeing, and communication effectiveness.
  • Lead employee feedback programs (e.g. eNPS) and implement meaningful improvements.
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate a minimum of quarterly employee engagement events.
  • Support and maintain workforce utilisation targets across operational areas.
  • Champion a safety-first culture through initiatives that reduce employee incident rates.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in workforce engagement, HR, or people leadership roles.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading change and improving workforce culture.
  • Ability to manage multiple workforce initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in analysing workforce data and translating insights into action.
