The Role
Following a period of significant sector reform and rapid growth, we are entering a new phase focused on strengthening our operating model while continuing to scale. Reporting to the CEO, you will play a critical role to build organisational performance operating in a technology forward and agile business model.
This role will suit a leader who enjoys turning complexity into simple, scalable solutions, and brings strategy to life into a fit for purpose operating model that is embedded and owned by the business. Just as importantly, you lead with heart, empower and enable others and deeply believe that good care is good business
You’ll partner closely with the CEO and executive team to:
- Lead the Strategy & Transformation and Technology teams to achieve excellence across our Triple Goal framework (Performance, Pace of Learning & Joy at Work)
- Design and embed scalable operating models delivering strong client outcomes, employee engagement and financial performance, within Kinyara’s philosophy – every interaction should work like a Swiss watch and feel like a warm hug.
- Drive enterprise change and execution discipline ensuring systems, processes and behaviours are consistently adopted
- Build alignment, buy in and momentum across service teams, leaders and executives, driving engagement and trust
- Lead digital enablement ensuring technology investments are embedded smoothly and deliver real value across the organisation
- Lead Kinyara’s M&A program to maximise value creation in alignment with Kinyara’s M&A partnership philosophy

Who You Are
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing client-centred operating models, enabling organisations to scale and mature
- Proven capability leading change through co creation, embedding new systems and ways of working with high engagement, purpose, warmth and discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in consulting and/or transformation roles, with the ability to authentically connect, influence and mobilise people around purpose
- Comfortable moving between strategy, detail and the realities of day to day operations in a regulated, people-centred environment
- A leader with a deeply Caring Heart and a smart & curious Commercial Mind who values the measurable impact in the community as the highest reward of their contributions
- A servant leadership mindset with curiosity, humility and a commitment to continuous learning and development
