Head of Growth

About the role:

The Head of Growth will play a key leadership role in our business expansion efforts. Working across our portfolio businesses, the role will collaborate with our teams to build bespoke customer acquisition strategies that reflect our individual brands and values. Working closely with other members of the leadership team, the successful candidate will be a driving force is leading a sustainable and dynamic growth mindset culture as a testament to the great services we provide to our existing clients. 

The role will work towards identifying growth opportunities, developing and maintaining partnerships, devising and implementing marketing strategies for client growth, and overseeing recruitment marketing processes.

Some key indicators which will mark the success of this position include:

· Customer Acquisition and Retention Rate

· Employee Hiring Rate and,

· Market Share Growth.

About you:

You are a supportive, driven individual with a ‘Caring Heart & Commercial Mind’. You enjoy working with diverse range of groups and have the ability to quickly build rapport and trust. You enjoy challenging the status quo and always finding a better way, whilst ensuring the customer is at the centre of every decision. You have a track record of instilling a growth mindset across organisations and are comfortable being hands-on, whilst thinking strategically.

If you think this may be the right role for you, you will have tertiary qualifications in a related discipline (e.g. marketing, business administration...) and progressive experience in a similar role. You are comfortable adapting to new systems and processes and working in an agile environment. Above all, you enjoy being challenged and enjoy being part of and building a positive working culture and ultimately great experiences for our customers and team members.

Whilst industry experience is not mandatory, it is desired.
