About the role
- Assisting trades with carpentry and general construction tasks
- Using hand and power tools as required
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised site
- Supporting the team to deliver high‑quality homes on schedule

- Previous construction or carpentry labouring experience
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- White Card, driver’s licence, and own transport
- Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in
