Who and what are we looking for?
Gemlife Civil division are presently looking for experienced and safety conscious Labourers for our Sunshine Coast projects.
If you have previous experience in the construction industry, enjoy mucking in and getting the work done in a safe manner – we need to talk.
You are a hardworking team player, who enjoys being part of a great crew, working in the Construction teams. You are a person who enjoys labouring. You are fit and physically strong and want to get the work done in a really good cultural environment.
GemLife offer training and future opportunities for our team members who wish to grow and develop, we reward (as well as pay!!!) those that want to work hard and enjoy seeing the site develop, we do have many new sites coming on in 2024, across Queensland. So, depending on your circumstances, where you live etc, there may be future work for you with GemLife.

About You
- Previous experience in a Civil Labouring role.
- Be reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work with little supervision and be able to work as part of a team.
- Strong safety initiative
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be reliable and dedicated to the role.
- General knowledge of the construction industry and environmental principles and relevant legislation/standards.
- Current Driver's Licence
- Construction Industry Card (White Card)
