Our GemLife Health, Safety, Environment & Training (HSET) Team are seeking a Systems Administrator to help assist our onsite teams, ensuring accuracy across our systems! If driving high standards of operational health and safety compliance is what you do best, we'd love to hear from you.
Based in our head office, you will be the core administrator for Plexa and the first point of contact to organise and book training for all staff throughout the GemLife company. With over 12 active construction sites and many more to come, building relationships with our on-site teams is crucial and ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently to keep things running smoothly.
Primary duties will be:
- Main administrator for Plexa - setting up projects, reviewing incident reports, troubleshooting etc
- Maintaining compliance documentation for GemLife Community Assets
- Ensure training records are compliant and up to date
- Assist with implementing Policies, Safe Work Method Statements and management plans
- Ordering PPE, signage, consumables and services for the HSET Team
- Other administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for:
- Previous HSE experience
- Exposure to the construction industry
- Proficient in Microsoft and developed computer literacy
- Able to multi-task and prioritise tasks
- Good communication skills
