Senior Graphic Designer

Are you a senior creative with a passion for design, branding and bringing big ideas to life?

GemLife is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic in-house marketing team. Reporting to the Graphic Design Manager, you'll bring a creative, collaborative spirit and an expert eye for design execution across digital and print.

You will be working on a broad range of projects - everything from long-form publications and lifestyle magazines to outdoor campaigns, merchandise and digital marketing assets.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver high-quality design solutions across a wide range of media formats
• Lead creative execution of your projects including branding, signage, publications, social media, print advertising and presentations
• Collaborate with the marketing team and internal stakeholders to deliver brand-consistent visuals
• Refine and iterate design concepts efficiently based on feedback
• Support the Brand Advisor to maintain visual identity across all creative output
• Produce print-ready artwork and digital assets optimised for performance
• Manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities with confidence and calm
• Contribute to broader marketing goals by participating in strategy, brainstorming and campaign development

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a graphic design, ideally in an in-house marketing team or creative agency
• Qualification in Graphic Design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong skills in layout, typography, branding and visual storytelling
• Experience designing long format publications
• Solid knowledge of pre-press file set up and print production
• Ability to take a brief, own a process and turn around high quality concepts quickly
• Strong time management and meticulous attention to detail
• Positive, energetic personality and a "pitch-in" team mindset
